Cowboys fans must pick an interceptions leader for 2026

We’re back with another survey. As we grind through the period before training camp arrives, we’re trying to set some benchmarks and expectations among the Dallas Cowboys 2026 roster.

Previously we looked at questions like the most worrisome position group on the roster, which turned out to be a good battle. We also looked at who would be the touchdown receptions leader for 2026, and who would be the sack king in 2026.

Now we want to know who will be the interceptions leader for the Cowboys in 2026. We’ve chosen five candidates, but if you think someone else will be the leader, by all means put your arguments in the comments.

DaRon Bland

Everyone is hoping that Bland can put his injuries behind him and turn into the ball-hawk he was previously. In 2023, Bland had nine INTs for the season.

Cobie Durant

The newcomer will likely get a lot of playing time, possibly as a starter or first off the bench. His season-high is only three INTs in his young career, but maybe Christian Parker can truly unlock his skills.

Shavon Revel

Fans are hoping for a bounce-back year with Revel long removed from his ACL injury. Revel has only seven games under his belt in the NFL, but was believed to have first-round talent.

Caleb Downs

The nickel wildcard. He should get run at safety and at the nickel, so will have plenty of opportunities. Everyone knows about the talent, but will it translate in his rookie year?

Jalen Thompson

The Cowboys gave Thompson a fair-sized free agent contract, so you know he is going to start. He’s had four INTs in a season before, but the hope is Parker’s defense will provide more opportunity.

So who ya got BTB? Vote in the poll then hit the comments.
