Trey Benson hosted by Cowboys on official pre-draft 30-visit
Official pre-draft 30-visits are underway for all 32 NFL Teams. As the name suggests, each franchise is allowed to formally spend a day with up to 30 draft prospects in the hope of moving the needle in regard to interest. As for the Dallas Cowboys, one position group in particular is dominating the visit list; running backs.
The Cowboys said goodbye to Ezekiel Elliott, their long-time star, after the 2022 season. Tony Pollard held the RB1 designation for just one season, and now he’s gone in free agency. Dallas has a huge hole to fill to help alleviate pressure on quarterback Dak Prescott. Florida State’s Trey Benson is among the highly regarded prospects on the visit list at the position. Here’s a look at what the tape says he brings to the table.
