BTB Wednesday Discussion: Are you pleased with the approach to the DC job?

It has officially been more than two weeks since the Dallas Cowboys chose to move on from Matt Eberflus at defensive coordinator and at the moment they are still searching for his replacement.

Searches for roles this important are critical to get right and it would seem that the Cowboys are doing their best to make sure that this is the case. As fans we can all get a little bit antsy, and we are reaching a point where chatter online from some is that the Cowboys need to make a commitment one way or another.

How do you feel? Do you like that the Cowboys are being thorough in process with people and with time? Or do you feel like they need to pick a lane right now? It is worth noting that teams across the NFL are all still in similar spots so it isn’t like the Cowboys are some outlier.
