Cowboys announce complete 2025 coaching staff
The Dallas Cowboys have finalized their 2025 coaching staff. Over the last three weeks, the team has gone from an attempted Friday night news dump announcement of Brian Schottenheimer as the new head coach to developing a pretty interesting staff over the next 21 days.
Schottenheimer was brought aboard on January 25, with an introductory press conference the following Monday. Since that point he’s systematically gone about filling out his staff to match his vision, or at least that’s how it seems on the surface.
Eberflus brought on Arizona Cardinals OL coach Klayton Adams to be his offensive coordinator. Matt Eberflus, most recently head coach of the Chicago Bears, was brought on to run the defense and to also provide the now requisite former-HC experienced coordinator that often accompanies first-time captains like Schottenheimer.
