The Cowboys did not practice but have multiple receivers on the injury report today. Receiver Jalen Tolbert, who battled a finger injury in last Sunday’s game, was estimated as limited Wednesday. Presumably not practicing would have been CeeDee Lamb (shoulder) and Jalen Brooks (knee). Linebacker Eric Kendricks (calf) missed the game versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the team believed he would not have practiced today either. The good new is Juanyeh Thomas (knee), Mazi Smith (back), and Sunday standout Jourdan Lewis (elbow) would have been full participants had the team been involved in team activities today.

There’s growing speculation that Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts will not clear concussion protocol after leaving last week’s game against the Washington Commanders with a head injury. The Eagles did not practice today. However, if they had, it’s estimated that Hurts would not have practiced. Back up quarterback Kenny Pickett is also on the injury report with a rib injury and would have been estimated to have been limited today but there’s more optimism that the he can play this week. The majority of their players on the report would have been listed as DNP such as Saquon Barkley, AJ Brown and Lane Johnson, but they would have been given the day off to rest.
